Job Summary: This role is crucial to our start-up for it majorly holds all communication aspects of the clients and Beatitude Management.

The responsibilities incorporate but are not limited to following:

  • Ensure all matters regarding customers are carried out in an effective and efficient manner
  • Making inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, social media) and to check that the communication is in line with our brand values.
  • Good English & Hindi speaker.
  • Work with Marketing Team to ensure all promotional offers and campaigns are supported by production and back-office systems
  • Act as a first line of support for production staff with delivery systems and work with internal and external teams to maintain and develop these in line with business needs
  • Support production teams in following up individual member leads and developing corporate leads

Qualifications and Skills

* Preferable 1 Yr experience of customer handling

* Excellent communication skills

* Good at excel and PPT

 

Qualification: Certified Digital Marketer
