Placement head - digital gurukul

• Developing a network of recruiters and leaders for exponential technologies like Digital Marketing, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, Cyber Security, Full Stack, Blockchain & all the modules offered by Digital Gurukul.
• Identify Leading Management competitions/Startup conferences/events across Asia & collaborate to benefit DG & its students
• 360 degree Analysis of students performances throughout the program (Attendance, assignment, project submission etc.)
• Arranging Training programs for Soft skills. ie. Resume building, appearing for interviews.
• Mapping the students purpose of joining the program with expected desired outcome with carefully planned approach.
• Analyze the recruitment trends and skills requirements
• Inviting startups/companies for campus placement
• Inviting companies for short paid internship for students
• Organize leadership speakers series/Conferences/Guest sessions/Short project/
• Organize regular industry experts interactions
• Extend support to alumni for career progression
• Inviting Founders/HR heads to share their insight with students about industry requirement
• Build a database of JDs of different jobs in digital marketing, data science, analytics, big data, Machine learning, R, Python, Spark, NLP & all the programs offered by Digital Gurukul.
• Maintain the documents related with pre-placement and post-placement.
• Maintaining students database.
• Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organization’s needs.

Qualification  – Graduate | Post Graduate in any discipline
Experience –  Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institute.

• Strong verbal and written Communication Skills (Offline & Digital Platforms)
• Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance
• Should have good knowledge and relations with corporates.
• Must have the inclination towards society and working in startup
• Must able to provide vision to the company for future growth / diversification / identification of new business opportunity / new market opportunity.
