Nanhi Kali
In 1996, Anand Mahindra, Chairman of the Mahindra group began Project Nanhi Kali (which means ‘a very little bud’) at the K.C. Mahindra Education Trust, with the target of training unfortunate girls in India. The Akanksha Foundation was started in 1991 with an easy plan.
To deliver prime quality education to every kid, in spite of his or her background.
